Meet Barbara Kott

 

Barbara Kott is the founder of LakeView Legal Search. She practiced as a corporate attorney at an AmLaw 50 firm for six years before moving into recruiting. She spent the next 15 years working for a global search firm, both as Partner and Executive Director. In 2021, Barbara decided to take the leap and launch a boutique search firm focused on delivering a highly-personalized approach to legal recruiting. And here we are.
